1General Terms & Eligibility

By accessing or using the tk 444 platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between tk 444 and each registered member.

Tk 444 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your automatic acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend visiting this page regularly to stay informed.

These terms and conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of our Bangladeshi members. In the event of any linguistic discrepancy, the English version shall prevail. tk 444 reserves the right to restrict or suspend services for users in any region where online gaming is prohibited by law.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To register with tk 444, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Your account is for your personal use only. Managing an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials, password, and security codes confidential.

The mobile number and email address you provide at registration must be active and belong to you. If you register with false information, tk 444 reserves the right to close your account and forfeit any funds held within it.

3Identity Verification (KYC) Process

Tk 444 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. You may be required to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed or when transactions exceed certain thresholds.

What is typically required for KYC verification:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving license
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of payment method ownership (Mobile Pay/Nagad account number verification)

Tk 444 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete. Verification typically takes between 24 and 72 hours. If any information is incomplete or unclear, additional documentation may be requested.

4Deposit & payment rules

Tk 444 currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300
• The maximum single deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method
• Deposits are generally instant — funds are credited to your account within 15 minutes at most.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited

If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact our support team with your transaction ID. tk 444 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

Tk 444 reserves the right to verify the source of any deposited funds at any time. If a deposit appears suspicious, it may be placed on hold until an investigation is completed.

5Withdrawal Rules & Process

The following conditions apply to withdrawals from tk 444:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Daily withdrawal limits are determined by your account tier

Withdrawal processing may be delayed during banking holidays or scheduled technical maintenance. In such cases, our support team will keep you updated. tk 444 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation if fraud is suspected.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Tk 444 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page. However, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x)
• Only a specified portion of bets placed with bonus funds counts toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus validity is generally between 7 and 30 days — any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Each promotion can only be used once per member.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Tk 444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice. tk 444 also reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error due to a technical fault.

7Betting Rules & Limits

The following rules apply to participation in Sports Betting and casino games on tk 444:

• Each bet has a set minimum and maximum limit — these vary by game and event
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature applies)
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• If a technical issue affects the outcome of any game, tk 444 reserves the right to void that round.
• If there is an obvious error in any odds or payout calculation, tk 444 reserves the right to make corrections.

Sports event outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant governing body. tk 444 is not liable for any bets not accepted due to data feed delays in live betting. Specific betting rules for cricket, football, and all other sports apply separately.

8Prohibited activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk 444 platform:

• Money Laundering or Illegal Financial Transactions
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence for betting or gaming
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Accessing or Using Another Member's Account
• Abusing or Circumventing the Bonus System
• Betting Using Insider Information
• Involvement in Match Fixing or Any Form of Sports Fraud
• Exploiting Platform Vulnerabilities or Bugs

9Responsible Gaming

Tk 444 believes gaming is entertainment, not addiction. We place the highest importance on the wellbeing and mental health of every member. That's why our platform offers:

• Deposit Limit — Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit
• Betting Limit — Set how much you want to bet within a given period
• Self-Exclusion — Option to suspend your account for as little as 7 days or permanently
• Cooling-Off Period — take a break from gaming for a set period of time.
• Reality Check — periodic reminders of your gaming time and spending.

10Privacy & Data Protection

11Account Closure & Suspension

Tk 444 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• For any breach of these terms and conditions
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided
• In case of suspected fraud, forgery, or illegal activity
• By court order or government directive
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

Members may close their account at any time. Before doing so, please withdraw any valid balance remaining in your account. If you wish to reopen a closed account, contact our support team. Please note that accounts closed due to a breach of terms may not be reinstated.

An inactivity fee of up to ৳50 per month may apply to dormant accounts — however, no fee will be charged if the balance is zero.

12Dispute Resolution & Liability

Any dispute between tk 444 and a member will first be addressed through our customer service team. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

The decisions made by tk 444 are final and binding. tk 444 will not be held liable for any service disruptions caused by technical errors, network issues, or external factors. These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
